Educational Tour to Mother Dairy, Dankuni

This is to inform all students of classes V, VI & VII that an educational tour to Mother Dairy, Dankuni has been scheduled for *18th December 2024, and a *drawing competition will be held on *20th December 2024. Both events are *compulsory for all students.

The total fee of Rs. 200/- covers both the educational tour and the drawing competition. Guardians are required to submit this amount at the school office *by 17th December 2024. Please ensure that the *fee book is brought along while paying the fee.
The following mandatory points need to be followed:

1. The students must report to the School premises on scheduled school time and, at the latest, by 10:30 am to participate in the school educational tour.
2. The fees for the educational tour and drawing competition will be included in the school bill book for all the students, even if they don’t participate in the school educational tour or the school drawing competition.
3. Participation in the educational tour and the drawing competition is mandatory.
4. All the students must bring their school diary, tiffin, water bottle, school bag and must wear school uniform on 18.12.2024 to participate in the educational excursion.

5. Participation in the drawing competition going to be held on Friday, 20th December 2024, is mandatory.
6. A fee of Rs. 40 will be included in the school bill book for all the students. In case of any emergencies where the student is unable to participate in the drawing competition, the Rs. 40 competition fee will still be applicable and added to the School bill book.
7. The students must bring their drawing materials ( e.g., pencils, crayons, colours, brushes, etc.). The school will provide the drawing paper only.

All the students are requested to come prepared with the necessary supplies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
